WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP
Orders are generally processed within 2-4 business days from order placement. All orders are shipped by USPS and take 1-3 days depending on your location and your local postal delivery. NOTE: Gabby Grace Boutique is not responsible for delays due to the postal service for high volume times, holidays or COVID 19. PLEASE ALLOW 3-10 DAYS from order placement to receive your order.
DO YOU OFFER PREORDERS?
The preorder section includes items we are awaiting the arrival of to our facility. Once received, we will begin processing orders for shipping. Please take note of the date and be aware that the date is an estimate. Items MAY arrive earlier but please allow the full timeframe for your item to be shipped. This also includes items that may be placed on restock.
PLEASE NOTE: If you place an order for an in stock item on the same order with a preorder item, this will delay your order until your preorder item comes in. If your in stock item order is time sensitive, please place separate orders to avoid delay.
CAN YOU HOLD AN ITEM FOR ME?
We are not able to hold any item under any circumstances.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
A tracking number is provided on all shipped orders in an email. If you have not received your order, please use the USPS tracking number to locate your package. If you receive an email stating that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please track it and see where your carrier indicated it was left. If it is not there, please call your local post office and if necessary, file a claim. Unfortunately, once we ship your item and provide a tracking number, the item is no longer the property nor responsibility of GabbyGrace Boutique.
IS LOCAL PICKUP AN OPTION?
We are online only. Local pickup and local delivery are not options at this time.
