How do you operate?
We are an online only boutique with a hometown feel! We carry a variety of items with some being more in demand than others. If an item is in high demand, we will list for restock, however, open for order immediately. What that means is that we gauge the demand for some items and if there is enough, we will reorder the item from the vendor but it is available to be ordered on our site immediately. When that happens, it usually takes a week to receive that restocked item in inventory. Because of this, it may take up to 2 weeks for you to get your order from the time it was placed. Please look at the caption of the item as we try to indicate whether an item is in stock, enroute, preorder, or on backorder. 
How long does it take to receive an order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service AND whether an item is in stock. We strive to get packages shipped within 2 business days of your order.*
*This excludes preorders which may take longer
What is a Preorder?
A Preorder Item is an item that we release for interest BEFORE we have ordered it. We generally will not order unless we get at least 4 commitments. Plus and Couture items will generally be the types of items we put out for preorder. 
Where is my order?
A tracking number is provided on all shipped orders in an email. If you have not received your order, please use the USPS tracking number to locate your package. If you receive an email stating that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please track it and see where your carrier indicated it was left. If it is not there, please call your local post office and if necessary, file a claim. Unfortunately, once we ship your item and provide a tracking number, the item is no longer the property nor responsibility of GabbyGrace Boutique.
What is your return policy?

Is local pick up an option?
Because of our extensive growth, local pick up is becoming increasingly difficult! Effective March 1, 2017. Local pick up will no longer be an option. If there is an extenuating circumstance and the item needs to be picked up rather than shipped, please notify us and we will try to accommodate you. 
Is there a way to avoid multiple shipping charges for multiple orders?
We do realize that we release items pretty often and you may see something you want to order soon after you have placed another order and don't want to pay multiple shipping fees. However, the cost of shipping for us increases as the weight of a package increases. That is why the shipping cost to you increases with the more items you purchase on a single purchase. If you are ever in this situation, please email us at gabbygraceboutique@gmail.com to request that your items be shipped together. We will evaluate the cost of shipping and refund any overages.
Please note that if you request that your items be shipped together, the order will not be shipped until all items have arrived in the boutique which of course will delay any previous orders.
