RETURNS + EXCHANGES
OUR POLICY
GabbyGrace is committed to 100% satisfaction. Any item can be returned for a store credit/exchange within 10 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied or the item does not fit. 
RETURNS
Customers are responsible for the cost of a return or exchange except in cases where the item is defective or the order was filled incorrectly. Please use the most cost efficient method with USPS.
EXCHANGES
Because of fast moving inventory, items may not be available for exchange. In such case, a store credit will be issued.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Because of the nature of our business, we are unable to make changes to your order when placed. Please ensure the order is correct before submitting.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Items must be returned in the original condition with no indication of wear/tear (dirt, stains, odors, washing etc.). If there is an indication of wear/tear, the item will be shipped back to you with no exchange or store credit available to you.
- Please be careful of items that go over the head with regards to make up and deodorant. Those items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
Clearance + jewelry items are final sale. No exceptions. Please note items listed as ON SALE are clearance items.

PROCESSING TIME
Once received back into inventory and the item is checked, your store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. Gift cards can be used on the site as a form of payment. Processing notification will ONLY come in the form of your issued gift card. Please check your spam folder as it may go there. The returns process could take 5 to 7 days.
