All returns must now be made through the returns portal. This will help with you see where your return is in the process. Be patient with us as we go through this transition. No returns will be accepted outside of this method.

Gabby Grace Boutique always strives for 100% client satisfaction. However, should you not be satisfied with your item, you are more than welcome to return for a store credit. Effective October 11, 2022, all returns must be initiated through the returns portal below. Simply enter your order number and email to begin. Merchandise can be returned for a store credit within 15 days of order and must be postmarked back to us by the 10th day after delivery. We do not offer direct refunds. Items must be returned in the original condition with no indication of wear, altering, damage, staining, odor, deodorant, make up, etc. Please be careful of items that go over the head with regards to make up and deodorant. FINAL SALE ITEMS are not eligible for exchange or store credit. This includes items such as clearance, jewelry and items specifically marked "final sale".


Once your returns is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with shipping your item back to us. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping except in cases where the item is defective or the order was filled incorrectly. Please use the most cost efficient method with USPS. Only even exchanges (item for item) can be processed effective October 11, 2022. If you select an exchange, we will do our best to accommodate if it is available. If it is not available, a store credit will be issued. If you select a store credit from the portal, it will be issued in the form of a gift card. Gift cards can be used on the site as a form of payment. You will receive notifications every step of the way. The returns process generally takes 7-10 DAYS. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic and also during holiday and peak seasons, returns could take up to 21 days. Please be patient as  the delivery system is a little slower and items may not show up in our box immediately regardless of tracking information showing it is there. 

PLEASE DO NOT SEND RETURNS OUTSIDE OF YOUR RETURN WINDOW. It will not be accepted and the customer will absorb the cost of having it returned to them.
