Returns Policy

GabbyGrace is committed to 100% satisfaction. Any item can be returned for a store credit/exchange within 10 days of receiving it if you are not satisfied or the item does not fit. We are online only so customers are responsible for shipping charges when sending item(s) back. With exchanges, please note items are limited quantity and sell out fast. Therefore, there is a chance that an item is no longer available in a particular size. In such case, a store credit will be issued.
Items must be returned in the original condition with no indication of wear/tear (dirt, stains, odors, etc.). If there is an indication of wear/tear, the item will be shipped back to you with no exchange or store credit available to you.
Sale items, jewelry and most accessories are final sale.
Please notify us of a return BEFORE you send it! Email us at gabbygraceboutique@gmail.com and indicate whether it is a Return or Exchange in the subject line along with the item being returned (i.e., Return - Madeline)

Once received back into inventory and the item is checked, your store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. The returns process could take 5 to 7 days.
